Biography

Jovan joined the Carpenters Union in 2003 and graduated from their 4-year apprenticeship program. Throughout her 20-year career, Jovan has become a Career Connections Specialist, a Local 1977 Delegate, Council Delegate, the Local 1977 E-Board Conductor and was recently appointed the Western District Chair for the International Sisters in the Brotherhood and a Western States Council E-Board Trustee.
