Biography
Tosha Siebert has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governor’s University and is currently working towards her MBA. Tosha holds a journey-level Meter/Relay Technician card from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). She is currently an Assistant Division Manager at Tacoma Water overseeing the System and Asset Planning and Emergency Management Programs.
Tosha started her 19-year career as an Electrical trainee at Tacoma Power and subsequently completed two apprenticeships in the Meter and Relay crafts respectively. Tosha has worked in progressively responsible leadership roles in the Power and Water industry at both Tacoma Public Utilities and Seattle City Light.
Throughout her career Tosha has taken many opportunities to advance her skillset and her network. She credits her participation and engagement on numerous internal committees for her vast network she has built and the unique opportunities she has had over the years.
She participated in a 3-month Executive Leadership Internship with the Tacoma City Manager’s office where she was able to learn about the General Government side of the City of Tacoma. She was the Chair of the T&D Safety Committee for 6 years and she was the Chair of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) for the Meter and Relay programs for 10 years. Tosha is also a current Tacoma Employees Retirement Board member.
